There is NO PANIC in India. We are yet to see LARGE OUTFLOWS. IF rupee crosses 50 mark, then we will see real panic. Last year in second half, we got record inflows. Compared to that we are yet to see meaningful OUTFLOWS.<br />OUR MACRO situation is worsening with dollar going up strongly. As far as valuations is concerned , it looks cheap only on relative basis. We saw index trading at 25X. No wonder it looks cheap. Despite 20 pc correction, NIfty TTM PE is at 17.85 which is slightly lower long term average of 18 PE.<br /><br />NO clarity on subsidy which is ballooning day by day. NO reforms. Inflation remains high. UTTERLY HOPELESS SITUATION.<br /><br />INDIAN MARKETS HV QUITE A BIT DOWNSIDE RISK EVEN FROM HERE.
